* Draft Issue Matrix – 2018 Comprehensive Code Update to the KDC (12th Update ) items
a) Measuring Visibility Areas: Modify visibility areas at the intersection of a street
or driveway to a standard measurement of 10’ x 10’ measured from backside of

language to allow building appurtenances, building mass or enclosed spaces
